GENTLE YOGA
Yoga is a series of postures and breathing exercises used to achieve control of body, mind and spirit. The gentle postures and stretches are adapted for older adults. Many are done in a chair allowing individuals to work at their own level. Emphasis on breathing and proper technique increases flexibility and balance and promotes relaxation and wellbeing.
