TAI CHI


Tai Chi is an ancient "soft" martial art practiced by many older adults in China and now the U.S. Tai Chi's graceful, flowing movements can improve leg strength, reduce the risk of falls, raise energy levels and increase concentration and balance. It is considered a longevity exercise and has been prescribed by doctors for its beneficial effects to the flow of chi (life energy) through the body.

Andrew has studied for 30 years with Tai Chi experts and regularly attends workshops.
