FELDENKRAIS
Feldenkrais is a method of body movement re-education through gentle movement and directed attention to improve mobility and enhance body function. Through Feldenkrais you can increase your ease and range of movement and flexibility. The practice of Feldenkrais can be particularly beneficial for individuals who experience chronic or acute back, neck, shoulder, hip, leg or knee pain.

Evelyn has studied personally with Dr. Feldenkrais and is a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. She has been a teacher in music and movement for 35 years, working for many years at the institute of Pennsylvania Hospital.
Instructor: Jaclyn Boone, GCFP
Jaclyn began to learn Feldenkrais in 1989 because of a keen interest in alternative educational modalities. She is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner (GCFP) and has taught Feldenkrais since 1997. She continues to take advanced training and mentoring studies. |
