ABDOMINAL WORKOUT


The abdominal workout is a series of exercises that focus on abdominal muscles and strengthening the body's core. Learn to condition the abdominal muscles to improve overall strength and balance.

Monday & Thursday 9:00am
30 minutes
$2 per class (discounts available with multiple class card)

Instructor: Barbara Jankowski, ACT, CSCS
Barbara has worked professionally as a certified athletic trainer (ATC), strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), massage therapist, personal fitness trainer, exercise and yoga instructor, and lecturer on wellness topics for over 15 years.
