  • Stretch & Tone

    Adaptable to all fitness levels, this class emphasizes cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and strength training. Light hand weights are used to tone your body, stretches to improve flexibility, and cardiovascular exercises to improve endurance. Express Stretch & Tone is a condensed 30-minute class.

  • Abdominal Workout

    Thirty minutes of exercises focusing on your core muscles. Developing your core muscles will improve posture and reduce lower back pain.

  • Aerobics Class

    Thirty minutes of aerobic exercise provides cardiovascular conditioning and improves your body’s ability to use oxygen. Benefits of regular aerobic exercise include increased energy and endurance levels, improved mood, better sleep habits, and weight maintenance.

  • Tai Chi

    A graceful martial art using flowing movements to improve leg strength, reduce the risk of falls, raise energy levels, and increase concentration and balance.

  • Chair Yoga

    A series of postures and breathing exercises used to achieve control of body, mind, and spirit. Many are done in a chair allowing you to work at your own level. Emphasis on breathing and proper technique increases flexibility and balance and promotes relaxation and well-being.

  • Feldenkrais

    A method of body movement re-education that will enhance your body’s function. Through directed attention and small movements you can increase both flexibility and range of movement.

  • Gospel Exercise

    A gentle aerobic exercise class that incorporates light cardiovascular activity, stretching and mental stimulation. Exercises are done standing and/or sitting while participants sing along to gospel music.

    Brush painting can be a meditative experience that enhances fine motor skills. This workshop guides beginners as well as experienced students through the methods and techniques of the ancient art of Chinese brush painting and calligraphy.

  • Gentle Pilates

    Gentle Pilates is a modified no- to low- impact exercise routine that increases circulation, coordination, stamina and strength in the back, abdominals, arms and legs. The class is suitable for all body types and fitness levels, and exercises are done lying down, sitting and standing.
