Ralston Center's mission has been "quality of life in aging" since the organization was founded in 1817. Our purpose is to enrich your life so you can enjoy life — especially as you age. Located in historic Ralston House on Chestnut Street in West Philadelphia, Ralston is a non-profit organization which provides wellness programs and services for older adults, at the Chestnut Street location as well as at numerous sites around Philadelphia. Two annual nursing awards honor certified nursing assistants and encourage continuing education for nurses specializing in geriatric medicine. University of Pennsylvania geriatric institutes are housed in Ralston Center, as is the Penn-Ralston Clinic. |
