Safe Footing: Eight Steps to a Falling-Free Life

Safe Footing will teach you practical footing skills specifically designed to prevent and control slips, trips and stumbles. The program has been very successful in helping people avoid falls due to missteps, and reducing or eliminating fear of falling.

Spanning over 2,000 years, the collections include masterpieces of painting, sculpture, prints and drawings, displayed with a wide range of furniture, silver, glasswork, architectural elements, and entire furnished rooms from historic houses.

Osteoporosis Education & Bone Screening

On October 1, in the Osteoporosis Education session, we’ll cover the impact and risk factors of osteoporosis, the way bone loss is measured, and prevention of bone loss. On October 8, a free bone screening will be available for those who attended the October 1 session and who have not had a bone screening in the past five years.
