Eight Weeks to Nutritional Wellness

You’ll learn first-hand just how simple and delicious it can be to incorporate healthy foods into your everyday diet. In this workshop we’ll cover nutritional approaches to preventing and managing common ailments that affect us as we age. Please join us if you’re looking for inspiration, hands-on education about nutritious foods, and delicious samples of recipes you can make at home.

Urban Garden Class

A six week hands-on course on the basics of urban garden design and maintenance. We’ll cover plant selection, propagation and pruning techniques.  Class will be held in the outdoor wheelchair accessible garden.
